Summer 2023 applications will be available in the spring.

Please check back to see if applications have become available. We will announce when applications are open via our instagram account @torontomarketco - so give us a follow and turn notifications on so that you don’t miss it!

TYPES OF VENDORS
In the summer, we typically operate a variety of types of outdoor markets including Food Markets (featuring chefs and local restaurants), Farmers’ Markets (farm-made goods and other gourmet packaged/fresh food items), and Artisan Markets (with an emphasis on handmade and local products and pre-made or packaged foods).

LOCATIONS, DATES & HOURS
Our holiday markets will all take place during weekdays and cater to an office crowd. Market hours will vary depending on location, but you can expect markets to operate between the hours of 8am-6pm with a setup period beforehand each day.

VENDOR PRICING & DATE SELECTION
Fees will vary depending on the market, but will cost anywhere from approx. $50 - $200 per day.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Vendors are typically supplied with infrastructure at our markets, which could include tents, tables and signage. This will vary based on market and location.

Vendors are expected to bring additional display materials to create beautiful and eye-catching displays that best represent their products.

SUBMISSION PROCESS
Applicants will need to apply for each market they are interested in via our online application process. Once applications for a given market are open to the public, details about that market will appear on this website under the Vendor Applications tab. Applicants are encouraged to apply for as many dates as they are available and interested in participating in. Please note that if your business is successfully accepted into the market, you may be only be selected for a portion of the dates you applied to.
